Roasted Broccoli with Parmesan

Crispy roasted broccoli florets tossed with olive oil and topped with shaved Parmesan. Simple and delicious.

Ingredients

  • 2 piece Broccoli (large, cut into florets)
  • 3 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 3 clove Garlic (minced)
  • 1/2 cup Shaved Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • Salt (to taste)

Directions

  1. Olive Oil
    Preheat oven to 425°F.
  2. Broccoli 1/2 cup Shaved Parmesan Cheese
    Toss broccoli florets with olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  4. Roast for 20-25 minutes until edges are crispy and browned.
  5. Remove from oven, drizzle with lemon juice, and top with shaved Parmesan.
