Classic Coleslaw

A crunchy and tangy coleslaw with a creamy dressing. Great alongside barbecue, fried chicken, or sandwiches.

Ingredients

  • 1 piece Head Green Cabbage (medium, shredded)
  • 2 piece Carrot (large, grated)
  • 1 cup Mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoon Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Celery Seed
  • Salt (to taste)

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, combine shredded cabbage and grated carrots.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, sugar, celery seed, salt, and pepper.
  3. Pour dressing over cabbage mixture and toss to coat evenly.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving to let the flavors meld.
