Classic Coleslaw
A crunchy and tangy coleslaw with a creamy dressing. Great alongside barbecue, fried chicken, or sandwiches.
Ingredients
- 1 piece Head Green Cabbage (medium, shredded)
- 2 piece Carrot (large, grated)
- 1 cup Mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoon Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Celery Seed
- Salt (to taste)

Directions
- In a large bowl, combine shredded cabbage and grated carrots.
- In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, sugar, celery seed, salt, and pepper.

- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving to let the flavors meld.
