Crisp romaine lettuce tossed in a homemade Caesar dressing with crunchy croutons and Parmesan.
Ingredients
- 2 piece Romaine Lettuce (chopped)
- 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese (grated)
- 1 cup Crouton
- 1/3 cup Mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoon Lemon Juice
- 2 clove Garlic (minced)
- 1 teaspoon Dijon Mustard
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
- Salt (to taste)

Directions
- Whisk together mayonnaise, lemon juice, garlic, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
- Place chopped romaine in a large bowl.
