Buttery Dinner Rolls
Soft, fluffy, and golden-brown dinner rolls brushed with melted butter. Perfect for soaking up sauces and gravies.
Ingredients
- 3 1/2 cup Flour
- 1 Packet Active Dry Yeast
- 1 cup Milk
- 1/4 cup Sugar
- 1/3 cup Butter (softened)
- 1 Egg
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 2 tablespoon Butter For Brushing (Melted)

Directions
- Dissolve yeast in warm milk with a pinch of sugar. Let sit 5 minutes until foamy.
- Mix flour, sugar, and salt. Add yeast mixture, softened butter, and egg. Knead until smooth, about 8 minutes.
- Cover and let rise in a warm place for 1 hour until doubled.
- Punch down dough and divide into 12 equal pieces. Shape into balls and place in a greased 9x13 baking dish.
- Let rise 30 minutes. Bake at 375°F for 18-22 minutes until golden brown.
- Brush with melted butter immediately after removing from oven.
